Our support team has collectively more than 100 Years of experience within the New Zealand medical imaging field and therefore we are very confident that our domain experience and knowledge will ensure a quality experience for all of our customers, this in turn will help us to become a long term, stable and growing supplier to the healthcare and veterinary communities of New Zealand and the South Pacific.
Almost all of the current Cass team have either an engineering or clinical background and as a small team of high performers we all take ownership of daily customer needs. As we are only NZ based we are totally focused on NZ customers and hold a large stock of replacement parts in our Auckland office to facilitate maximum uptime of our installed base.
