Intra-Oral Imaging

A range of dedicated dental X-Ray generation systems, and intraoral DR sensors with user-friendly software, to assist in streamlining your dental imaging workflows.

Expanding on our range of X-Ray and Imaging products, we also have a range of dedicated dental equipment.

The Wall-mounted units are compact and ergonomically designed for safety & ease of use.  The non-drifting arm is available in 450mm, 600mm and 900mm lengths, to give you the flexibility of installation locations in the examination room.  An ergonomic & lightweight tube-head, combines simple controls with one-handed design to make positioning & setup a breeze.  With Carbon Nanotube technology and a 0.4mm focal spot, image quality is not compromised.

For Dental Imaging, we offer both an Agfa Dental CR cassette & range of Imaging Plates for those customers with existing Agfa digitisers.  For new customers we have the EzSensor DR Detector - A USB Dental DR sensor available in 3 sizes, and comes with dedicated dental software for the capture & manipulation of images.

For those centres with animals that cannot be imaged in the clinic, we offer the EzRay Air, a dedicated hand-held dental x-ray system when it's not practical to use a wall-mounted solution.  Twinned with our EzSensor DR, and a suitable laptop, you have the perfect fully-mobile dental imaging system.

MyVet Ray W

High quality, ergonomically designed wall-mount unit. The units are easy to use, with 2 sets of pre-set exposure facts available, with the flexibility to change the exposure time on the fly. At 2.5kg, the head is light-weight and designed to be manoeuvred with one had. Coupled with a stable, non-drifting arm and smooth joints, positioning is quick and easy. Image quality is not compromised, with Carbon Nanotube tube technology and a 0.4mm focal spot to minimise blur. Available in 450mm, 600mm and 900mm arm lengths.

EzSensor

The EzSensor is a USB connected DR detector for intra-oral use. With rounded edges and only 4.8mm thin, the sensor is easy to position in the patents mouth, combined with an IP68 rating, Duralumin housing and fibre-optic cable to reduce wear. The EzSensor comes with MyVet Dent Imaging software, a dental orientated software package for the acquisition, manipulation and display of your intra-oral images. The software can be installed on any Windows PC or Laptop in the clinic with a spare USB port. Available in 3 sizes: 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0.

EzRay Air

Utilising the same x-ray head as the more powerful wall-mounted MyVet Ray W, the EzRay Air is a lightweight and compact x-ray source for those occasions where it is impracticable to bring the animals into clinic. One-handed design and quick-dial for changing exposure factors, the EzRay Air is simple and quick to use, minimising anaesthetic time for patients. *Due to radiation regulations in New Zealand, we only recommend these devices for use by services that cannot safely image their animals in a clinic with a wall-mounted unit, such as Zoos and Wildlife centres.
